The Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative has a Restrictive Procedures Oversight Committee that meets quarterly. This committee reviews the use of restrictive procedures to identify and address patterns or problems to determine if the standards for using restrictive procedures as described in Minnesota Statutes 125A.0941 and 125A.0942 have been met.

The 2026-2027 Restrictive Procedures Oversight Committee includes the below members, which is updated annually:

Sheri McKeever, Special Education Facilitator, BCBA
Courtney Peterson, M.Ed, LPCC, BCBA, LBA, Clinic Manager at Solutions Behavioral Health
Joel Bartholomay, Licensed School Psychologist, CPI Trainer
Emily Mertes, ASD, DCD, and PI Consultant
Varies by District,  Regular Education Teacher

2026-2027 Restrictive Procedures Oversight Committee Meeting Dates:
These meetings will occur quarterly in the district in which the restrictive procedure took place with the relevant district level staff.
